911 Lifeline Legislation: encourages young people to call for help in the event of an emergency due to alcohol or other drugs. This New Jersey legislation provides immunity if an individual satisfies the following three requirements: 1) Call for help, 2) Stay with your friend, and 3) Talk with authorities.
