Peer Education Program

Join our Peer Educator Team! Build your resume and make a difference on campus! Peer educators engage students in conversation and delivering information that will help students make healthier, more informed choices.

This position is ideal for students majoring in a health related field (i.e. public health, psychology, counseling, nursing, etc.) who want to make a significant impact by providing novel, engaging, and creative programming.

AOD Peer Educators will gain invaluable career experience which will build their resume and help them stand out
from other applicants in future employment and academic pursuits.

Peer Educator positions range between 5-15 hours a week and are ideal for students who want to build their resume, increase their skill set, gain experience, and impact the campus community. Expectations include attending the weekly Team Meeting, office hours, and providing direct service through activities such as tabling and program presentations (may include evening and weekend programming). Please apply by March 15th. Interviews for internships starting in the Fall Semester occur March through April.
